Oasis Power Washing Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Oasis Power Washing website and services. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Confirmation of service — whether by written approval, signed estimate, deposit payment, or verbal authorization to proceed — constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Oasis Power Washing provides pressure washing, soft washing, and related exterior cleaning services. Specific services are detailed on our Services page and in your individual quote. We use professional-grade equipment and cleaning solutions selected for the surface and condition being treated.
Visible improvement, not full restoration, is the standard of performance for surfaces with heavy staining, oxidation, rust, or organic growth (including but not limited to Gloeocapsa magma / black roof streaking). Some conditions may lighten further over the days following service as treated organisms die off. We will advise you before beginning work if a surface is unlikely to reach full restoration.
Payment for services is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise specified in your quote or a signed recurring service agreement. Accepted payment methods and any deposit requirements are outlined in your quote documents. Recurring commercial agreements are governed by the payment terms in that specific contract.
You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property, a working water spigot (unless we bring our own water supply), and disclosing any known hazards, fragile surfaces, or pre-existing damage before work begins. We will photograph and note any pre-existing damage we identify prior to starting work.
Oasis Power Washing will use reasonable care and industry-standard methods in performing services. We are not responsible for damage to property that is not directly caused by our negligence or breach of contract, including damage arising from pre-existing conditions (deteriorated caulking, failing paint, existing cracks, aged or brittle materials, improperly sealed windows/doors, etc.) that a reasonable pre-service inspection would not have revealed.
Claim notice: Any claim for property damage must be reported to Oasis Power Washing in writing within 48 hours of service completion, with photos where possible. Claims reported after this window may be difficult to verify as caused by our work rather than a subsequent event, and may be denied on that basis.
Our total liability for any claim arising from services performed is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to damage caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Oasis Power Washing carries general liability insurance in the amount of $1M. Proof of insurance is available upon request for commercial and larger residential projects.
Until insurance status is confirmed, this section and any ‘fully insured’ language elsewhere on the site or in proposals should not be published or sent to customers.
We may take before-and-after photos of the work performed for quality documentation. We will ask for your separate permission before using any photos identifying your property in marketing, social media, or advertising, and will not include your address or other identifying details without your consent.
If you are not satisfied with the results of a completed service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the specific concern at no additional charge, provided the concern relates to work performed and not a pre-existing or excluded condition described in Section 6.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Greene County, Pennsylvania, unless otherwise required by law.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised Effective Date.
