Standard garden hoses and pressure washers can remove loose debris, but they do not kill the organisms causing the staining. Within weeks, the same growth returns.
Soft washing addresses the root cause. We apply a low-concentration sodium hypochlorite solution with surfactants that kill algae, mold, and mildew at the surface level. The chemistry does the work; pressure is minimal, around 60-100 PSI versus the 1,500-3,000 PSI of a standard pressure washer. That matters on vinyl siding, wood, EIFS stucco, and painted surfaces, all of which can be damaged by high-pressure approaches.
